Strictly star John Whaite selling nude snaps on OnlyFans as he ditches stellar TV career

John Whaite, the talented baker who first won hearts on The Great British Bake Off in 2012, has made a surprising career move,

stepping away from television to join subscription-based platform OnlyFans.

The former Strictly Come Dancing finalist is now focusing on his growing business ventures while exploring a new chapter in his professional life.

From Bake Off Champion to TV Personality

John rose to fame over a decade ago when he won The Great British Bake Off, becoming a household name thanks to his baking skills and charismatic personality.

Following his victory, he continued to build his career in television, making regular appearances on cooking segments and hosting shows.

His popularity soared again in 2021 when he joined Strictly Come Dancing,

where he made history as part of the first-ever same-sex dancing duo alongside professional dancer Johannes Radebe.

The Impact of Strictly and a Personal Revelation

During his time on Strictly, John opened up about his deep connection with Johannes. He later admitted that he had developed feelings for his dance partner, which put a strain on his long-term relationship with his partner of 15 years, Paul Atkins. The revelation led to a temporary separation between the couple, but they eventually reconciled and are now back together.

Johannes also reflected on their time dancing together, recalling how much he valued John’s care and support throughout the competition. “He lifted me like I was a feather. I’m a well-built man, and I’ve always lifted women—I know the level of care that goes into that. To experience it for the first time was quite special, and I have to thank John Whaite for being really caring with me,” the professional dancer shared.

A New Career Path – OnlyFans and Baking Business

Now, John has taken a completely different path, leaving the television industry behind to focus on new business ventures. His latest move includes launching an OnlyFans page, where he offers exclusive content to subscribers. His page, which has already accumulated over 100 posts, offers different subscription plans, with fees starting at £10 per month or £27 for a three-month package.

John teased his OnlyFans content with a provocative image on his profile, featuring himself lying naked on a bed. The caption read, “The side of me you haven’t seen… yet.” This bold career change has sparked interest among fans who have followed his journey from baking champion to reality TV star.

In addition to his OnlyFans venture, John has also been dedicating time to his growing baking business, Ruff Puff Brownies. The company, which he runs alongside his husband Paul, specializes in homemade brownies and cookies. With a strong social media following of nearly 40,000 people, the business has gained significant traction, allowing John to shift his focus entirely to entrepreneurial pursuits.

Why John Left Television

Speaking to Mail Online, John revealed that he had made a conscious decision to step away from TV in favor of running his businesses. “Since leaving the TV industry, I decided to focus on business. Now I run two fairly successful and exciting businesses,” he shared. “One sells brownies and cookies, while the other is a meatier enterprise. If you want to buy my sweet treats, head to Ruff Puff Brownies, and if you want to buy my meat, head to my OnlyFans page.”

This statement confirmed that John had officially moved on from his television career, choosing to invest his energy into his personal ventures instead.

Fans React to John’s Career Change

John’s transition from TV personality to entrepreneur and content creator has sparked a mix of reactions from fans. While many have expressed support for his decision, others have been surprised by the drastic shift in career paths. His OnlyFans venture, in particular, has garnered attention, with some fans embracing his decision to explore new opportunities and others questioning why he left the mainstream media world.

Despite the buzz surrounding his latest endeavor, John appears to be content with his current direction. By focusing on his businesses and personal projects, he has taken full control of his career, proving that reinvention is always possible.

What’s Next for John Whaite?

With his baking business thriving and his OnlyFans profile gaining traction, John is clearly embracing this new chapter in his life. Whether he will return to TV in the future remains uncertain, but for now, he seems fully committed to exploring his entrepreneurial and creative pursuits.

John Whaite has never been one to follow a conventional path, and his latest career shift proves that he is unafraid to take risks and pursue his passions—whether in the kitchen, on the dance floor, or through his latest online venture.
