Holly Scarfone is speaking out about a past relationship she says left her feeling uncomfortable and pressured to alter her appearance. 

The Too Hot to Handle alum recently shared details on her Suite ‘N Salty podcast, alleging that an ex-boyfriend, 

whom she described as an “older gentleman,” encouraged her to undergo cosmetic procedures while they were together.

Though Scarfone, 26, did not explicitly name the ex in question, she hinted at his identity through text messages and playful wordplay. 

Based on these clues, many believe she was referring to Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Scott Disick, 41, whom she was romantically linked to in 2022.

Scarfone Alleges She Was Pushed Toward Plastic Surgery

During the podcast episode, Scarfone recalled feeling content with her body before the relationship. However, things took a turn after she sent a simple “Happy Easter” text to her ex, which led to a conversation that made her uneasy.

“He responded, ‘Oh, can we get that boob job you were talking about?’” she claimed. According to Scarfone, the ex also suggested she undergo a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) at the same time, allegedly saying, “Why don’t you just take some of that fat and throw it in the back? And we can just do it in one sitting because why would you want to do all of that downtime? You can just recover from it all at once.”

Scarfone pointed out the risks associated with the suggested procedure, stating, “By the way, a BBL is one of the statistically most dangerous procedures to have.”

Hinting at Disick’s Identity

While Scarfone stopped short of directly naming Disick, she dropped several hints that strongly suggested he was the ex-boyfriend in question.

She displayed alleged text messages from a contact labeled with the initials “SD” and even jokingly referred to her former partner as “Rot Shnisick,” a name that rhymes with Scott Disick.

Scarfone also admitted that she was initially hesitant to speak out, fearing legal consequences. “I have been silent about this for years. … I was really young when this happened, and the whole thing was quite scary to me,” she shared.

However, over time, she grew more comfortable sharing her experiences, explaining, “Maybe my story can help anybody else out there.”

Scott Disick’s History with Scarfone

Rumors of a romance between Scarfone and Disick first surfaced in 2022 when the two were seen dining together at the celebrity hotspot Nobu Malibu in Los Angeles.

Shortly after, the duo took a trip to Paris, fueling further speculation about their relationship. Their flirtatious Instagram exchanges kept fans guessing, but the relationship was reportedly short-lived.

According to TMZ, the pair eventually went their separate ways, though it remains unclear exactly when they called it quits.

Disick, who is best known for his long-term relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, has had a history of dating younger women, including Sofia Richie and Amelia Hamlin. His alleged relationship with Scarfone was no exception, as there was a 15-year age gap between them.
