Beyonce’s fans have rallied their support for her husband Jay-Z after he called out the Grammy’s for snubbing her in the Best Album category after a string of hit releases

Beyonce’s fans rushed to support Jay-Z for ‘speaking the truth’ after he called out the Grammy’s for snubbing his wife.

Jay-Z was honoured with the Global Impact Award at the Grammys and used his speech time to defend his wife.

In a lengthy delivery, he pointed out the shocking fact that Bey has never won album of the year, despite her many other accolades.

The famed rapper stood beside his daughter, Blue Ivy, as he looked out at the crowd and, more specifically, toward his gorgeous wife.

He started his speech by saying: “Think about that. Most Grammys, never won album of the year … Some of you gonna go home tonight and feel like you’ve been robbed, some of you may get robbed.

Some of you don’t belong in the category … Now, when I get nervous I tell the truth. But outside of that, outside of that, we gotta keep showing up.”

Jay-Z then quickly deviated away from the award show itself. He reached out to hold his daughter’s hand as he continued on, saying: “And forget the Grammys for a second, just in life as my daughter sits and stares at me just as nervous as I am.

Just in life, you gotta keep showing up, just keep showing up. Forget the Grammys you gotta keep showing up until they give you all those accolades you deserve. Until they call you chairman. Until they call you a genius. Until they call you the greatest.”

His rollercoaster of a speech was met with varying levels of emotions throughout the audience. They were shocked as he shaded others in the iconic category, but laughed nervously along with him. Nonetheless, he received a thunderous round of applause.
