The emotional rollercoaster began during Delano’s final basketball game of the season, where his team faced off against the league’s best. The opponent was undefeated, making the stakes of the game incredibly high. But despite the odds, Delano’s team, coached by none other than Craig himself, pulled off an incredible upset.

Lindsay’s excitement and pride were palpable as she described the game in her Instagram post. “They were playing the best team in the league which was also undefeated,” she wrote. “I felt goosebumps like when I covered George Mason making it to the Final Four watching them pull off the upset. I may have shed a tear :).”
