These are the first pictures of fallen golf superstar Tiger Woods with his former top secret lover Kristin Smith prior to his DUI arrest.

The two photos – believed to have been taken on board Tiger’s yacht in the Bahamas last summer.

Show mom-of-one Smith, 34, enjoying a relaxing day at sea with Woods, who hasn’t played a competitive round of golf since January.

The couple have since called it quits and separated some time last year.

Kristin and Tiger looked as if they hadn’t a care in the world in the summer holiday pictures. 

In one shot of the two together, they are laughing heartily as they wear wet suits on deck.

In the second, Woods is crouching down on the wooden deck wearing headphones while Smith is standing, wearing shorts over her swimsuit, holding her headphones in her hand.

Other pictures seen by DailyMail.com showed her looking out to sea wearing a very risqué black cut-out bikini, another of her perched on the prow of the boat with her head thrown back, and one which she said was taken on the Bahamian island of Exuma of her running from the incoming tide.

Woods, through his attorney, agreed to enter a drug diversion program in court on Wednesday following his May arrest for DUI.  

He pleaded not guilty to that charge but his lawyer said he will admit the lesser charge of reckless driving.

Woods did not appear in court in West Palm Beach, Florida. His formal sentencing was set for October 25.

Prior to his court appearance, Tiger, an avid scuba enthusiast, posted a shot of himself earlier this month holding a spiny lobster on Twitter with the caption, ‘Nothing like free diving with the kids for lobster at Albany.’ Albany is a development in the Bahamas that he invested in.

Woods, considered by many to be the greatest golfer of all time, tried hard to keep the romance with Smith under wraps while they were together following bad publicity after the collapse of his five-year marriage and the end of his relationship with Olympic gold-winning skier Vonn.

But news of the relationship leaked out after Smith was stopped at Palm Beach Airport in April last year and questioned when she was found with $200,000 cash in her bag. When cops asked where it came from, she said it was a gift from her boyfriend. 

‘Upon arrival I made contact with Kristin, who when asked about the money … stated is this going to be available to the public?’the officer in charge of the case wrote in his report,’ according to Radar.

The boyfriend turned out to be multimillionaire Tiger. 

‘I then asked where did the money come from and did she have a receipt or proof of where the money came from. Kristin stated her boyfriend gave it to her. I asked her if her boyfriend could show proof [as] to where the money came from, to which Kristin stated she did not want to talk to me anymore.’

Then this May, Kristin reportedly flipped out when she heard the golfer had been arrested for DUI near his home in Jupiter, Florida.

TMZ claimed she got a call while shopping at Neiman Marcus in Dallas. ‘[A]ccording to several eyewitnesses, ‘she went crazy’ and said ‘I knew it, I knew it,’ the website reported. ‘We’re told she began crying, then bought $5k worth of merchandise and left.’

Woods – who has two children from his marriage, daughter Sam, 10, and son Charlie, 8 – was found slumped unconscious over the wheel of his Mercedes Benz at 2 am on May 29. His car was parked at an awkward angle in a traffic lane with damage to the driver’s side.

Tiger had no idea where he was and embarrassing video of him stumbling through sobriety tests went viral on the Internet. He insisted he wasn’t drunk but admitted he had taken both the anti-anxiety drug Xanax and the painkiller Vicodin. He said he took Vicodin following his fourth back surgery a month earlier.

Smith wouldn’t talk about her relationship with Woods when interviewed by D Magazine in March.

‘I’m happy in my personal life; it’s really full,’ she told the Dallas-based monthly. ‘But I think if I shared it, I’d be damned if I did, damned if I didn’t. I don’t want it to define me.’

Smith grew up in Florida but moved to Texas in 2009 when her then-husband, former NFL safety Gerald Sensabaugh, went from the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Dallas Cowboys. The marriage was short-lived but produced a son, Isaiah.

She owns a personal styling company called The CLAD Life. Former Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo’s wife, Candice, is one of her clients.

On her website, she described her fashion rules. ‘The ability to trust my instincts has to be the most important element in my creative process,’ she said. ‘I rarely second guess a decision. There are no rules, no measurements, there is no ceiling in fashion. I listen to my gut and trust my experience and never want to stop pushing the envelope or growing. Fear can’t exist.’

Woods’s marriage to Nordegren ended in a blaze of publicity in 2009 after it was revealed he had cheated on her with Manhattan nightclub manager Rachel Uchitel. Within days a host of other affairs were revealed.

Then he crashed his car as he tried to leave his home with his furious wife chasing after him. After that, his golf game plummeted as his back condition worsened. He hasn’t won on tour since 2013 and the two records he sought — Sam Snead’s 82 PGA tour victories and Jack Nicklaus’s 18 majors — now seem out of his reach. He is three tournaments behind Snead and four major wins behind Nicklaus.

He dated Vonn for three years, but that too ended in heartbreak when she discovered in 2015 that he had a one-night stand after pulling out of a tournament because of his bad back.
