The actress’ Raven-Mystique character manages to get into a fight while attending a fight in a brief new clip from “X-Men: Apocalypse” released on her Facebook page.
In the scene, Kodi Smit-McPhee’s Nightcrawler is being attacked by Ben Hardy’s Archangel in
what appears to be an underground fight as Lawrence strolls in and deals with a security guard,
who asks, “Did you get lost, little mouse?” Her response is to slam him to the ground.
In the movie, the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance as Raven and Professor X (James McAvoy) lead a team of young X-Men to stop Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) and the Four Horsemen.
Fox’s “X-Men: Apocalypse” opens May 27. It’s directed by Bryan Singer from a screenplay by Simon Kinberg.
The cast includes Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn and Lucas Till.
