Jennifer Lawrence has recently found a buyer for her luxurious Upper East Side penthouse – though the sale has come at a loss for the Hollywood star.
The Hunger Games and Silver Linings Playbook actress reportedly purchased the home for $15.45 million back in August 2016, and listed it for $15.45 million in July 2019.
According to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, it underwent two price cuts before the property was sold – and was priced at $12 million when it eventually went for $9.9 million.
However, this is prime real estate. The apartment, which has tons of living space and a huge terrace outdoors, has extraordinary views of New York city.
So, why not take the tour and judge for yourself – our favorite elements are the apartment’s huge windows, allowing plenty of light to flood in – and the elegant furnishings the apartment is dressed with.
The extraordinary penthouse is located at the top of The Laurel, a 30-story condominium on New York’s Upper East Side.
The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom abode spans 4,073 square feet, with an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space – a rarity in Manhattan.
This glorious penthouse property also features a key-lock elevator and a private vestibule, 360-degree views of the city, and a sleek two-sided limestone fireplace that splits the great room in two.
