Jennifer Lawrence let her rage at the U.S. political system show on Saturday when she flipped the bird during a speech. 

The 27-year-old Oscar winner was addressing the audience from a podium at at Unrig The System in New Orleans, Louisiana when she made the gesture.

Jennifer is one of the big names at the event featuring speakers from both sides of the political divide talking about how to remove corruption from politics.

At one point the Winter’s Bone breakout star was joined onstage by comedienne Tig Notaro, best known for her work on the Amazon series, One Mississippi. 

According to its website, Unrig The System is ‘a gathering of thought leaders from the right and left who are determined to fix American politics’.

Recently the Passengers star attempted to inspire the next generation to be involved in politics.

The actress gave many teenagers the thrill of a lifetime as she surprised a group of high school students in Cleveland, Ohio with an inspiring discussion centered around the government.  

The Mother! star took a moment to herself as she was spotted on a smoke break in New Orleans on Saturday.

Lawrence stepped out into an alley behind famed Peche restaurant with a mystery man as she puffed on a hand made cigarette. 

With a lighter in one hand and the cigarette in the other, Jennifer sparked up a conversation with her dapper companion.
