The singer’s much-anticipated Netflix film dropped yesterday, showing behind-the-scenes footage of her Coachella 2018 comeback

The music event was watched by millions worldwide over the two weekends last April and the star was instantly praised for giving the best performances in her 22-year career.

In the documentary, the 37-year-old gives fans the opportunity to watch her show-stopping performance.

As well as following her on her journey back to reaching peak fitness after the birth of her twins, Sir and Rumi, and delves deeper into what Bey’s life is like off-stage.

The Crazy In Love singer shows her vulnerable side when she shares intimate moments with her children.

And explains how she struggled to juggle looking after her children while preparing for the show with 100 days of dance rehearsals.

She admitted: “Just internally, my body was not connected – my mind was not there. My mind wanted to be with the children.

“What people don’t see is sacrifice. I would dance and go off to the trailer and breastfeed the babies, and the days I could, I would bring the children.”

And despite the singer’s hardcore work ethic, she revealed how a lot had changed for her since she began performing at the start of her career.

She continued: “Just trying to figure out how to balance being a mother of a six-year-old and of twins that need me—and giving myself creatively and physically, it was a lot to juggle.

“It’s not like before when I could rehearse for 15 hours straight. I have children. I have a husband.”

Shortly after the video was released, Beyonce fans, otherwise known as her ‘Beehive’, took to social media.

On the film, Beyonce also spoke in detail for the first time about suffering a health scare when she gave birth to the twins, nearly two years ago.

“I had an extremely difficult pregnancy,” she explained.

“I had high blood pressure, I developed toxaemia, preeclampsia and in the womb, one of my babies heartbeat paused a few times so I had to get an emergency C-section.”

And she revealed how her weight had peaked to 15st 5lbs on the day she gave birth, which led to an extreme post baby diet to get her body ready for her Coachella performance.
