Jennifer Lawrence has seemingly been in hiding since nude photos of the actress surfaced online.

But the Hunger Games star hasn’t been put off the idea of public appearances as she’s confirmed as the co-host for the Met Gala Ball 2015.

Fans will have the opportunity to gaze upon the stunning star fully clothed at the fashion event of the year at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

The event will take place on May 4 and will see Jennifer co-chair the annual event alongside US Vogue editor Anna Wintour,

Wendi Deng Murdoch (steely businesswoman and Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife), Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer and Chinese actress Gong Li.

According to The Independent newspaper, the theme of the 2015 gala will be Chinese Whispers: Tales of the East in Art, Film and Fashion.

Meanwhile, although JLaw has not been seen in public since her nudes were posted on anonymous websites, the star is said to have been on a cosy date with Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin.

The pair went for a romantic dinner at La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills on Monday night, according to People.com.

A source said: “They were super cute together. They were laughing a lot and Jennifer was acting all goofy!”
