Brad Pitt accuses Angelina of taking more profit from selling the house after the divorce, and receives a ‘bitter’ response from her

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were once one of the most talked about couples in Hollywood. Often labeled as Brangelina by the media, their affair and subsequent marriage received substantial attention from the press. However, things didn’t work out and they parted ways in 2016.

Pitt and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie spent a lot of time together in their Los Angeles home. They also raised their six children in this mansion. However, after their divorce, the actor is planning to sell it.

According to People magazine, Pitt has listed the property to sell for $40 million. He owned the sprawling mansion for nearly 30 years and has some fond memories associated with it.

In 1994, the actor bought it for $1.7 million from actress Cassandra Peterson. He also filled the area of the mansion with a swimming pool, tennis court, and skating rink. Since then, the ‘Troy‘ actor has purchased several properties across the globe.

As per the report, the reason for him to sell the 1.9-acre property is that he is “looking for something smaller” in the area.

Since their split in 2016, the couple has been involved in an ongoing custody battle for their children. They have also been fighting over their properties such as the Château Miraval estate in France.

In 2022, Jolie revealed that Pitt allegedly physically assaulted her during a private jet flight in 2016 which resulted in their divorce. Since their split, Pitt’s name has been associated with several women.
