Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt (who was originally called Tena Adam), according to The Sun, needs an operation to straighten one of her hips.
Difficulty walking
The little girl who is now 2 1/2 years old was adopted when she was six months old from Ethiopia.
She became an orphan when her mother died of Aids, and Angelina Jolie adopted her and took her home to the United States.
When she was in the states, she had to be treated in hospital for, among other things, dehydration and malnutrition.
Now they can also look like she is struggling with a growth defect in her hip.
According to the British newspaper, this means that her thigh is not quite correctly attached to the hip, and this can affect her gait.
Zahara may also need a beam on her leg to fix the problem.

A source close to the proud parents of four Pitt and Jolie says that the couple will do everything they can to ensure that Zahara is happy and well.
