Bridgerton fans, prepare to have your corsets loosened! The beloved stars of the hit Netflix series
have shown that while the drama on-screen is all about the Regency era, behind the scenes, they are all about modern-day fun.
Emma Naomi, the actress who brings Alice Mondrich to life in all three seasons of Bridgerton, has given fans an absolute treat.
She recently shared a behind-the-scenes clip that has sent Bridgerton enthusiasts into a frenzy.
In the video, cast members can be seen busting some serious moves to Beyoncé’s infectious hit Cuff It – and yes, they are still in their elaborate period costumes!
The clip, led by Claudia Jessie, who plays the fiercely independent Eloise Bridgerton, shows the cast having the time of their lives,
proving that while they may be constrained by corsets on-screen, their spirits are anything but confined.
But the fun didn’t stop there. Caleb Obediah himself joined in on the social media revelry, posting his own version of the scene, featuring even more Bridgerton stars, including season three’s lead, Nicola Coughlan.
Remember the joyous moment back in 2020 when Olivia Colman, the Emmy-winning actress known for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in The Crown, led her castmates in a choreographed routine to Lizzo’s Good As Hell?
Olivia’s co-star Gillian Anderson spilled the tea on US talk show host Seth Meyers’ show. She said at the time: “Olivia apparently does a dance class in the area that she lives with a bunch of friends, on a regular basis,” Gillian revealed.
“And the last time she did the class, they had danced to that Lizzo song. She asked if we would happen to be interested in maybe doing it, and she would video it. And then she would just share it only with her friends – the other dancers.”
“So it was never meant to see the light of day,” Anderson added, with a laugh. “And yet here we are!”
