WNBA rookie Angel Reese has been one of the Chicago Sky’s biggest stars this season.
She is the only rookie in the league averaging a double-double, currently posting 12.1 points and 10.2 rebounds.
Reese came into the league as an established player, having made a massive name for herself in college.
She was a star on and off the court with the LSU Tigers and made the move to Chicago with her millions of social media followers.
The Randallstown native recently gave her honest thoughts on living in Chicago and the specific perks of the Windy City.
“I feel really loved here. Yeah, I feel love real bad. The food is fire,” said Reese per BullsKickAss on X.
Reese seems to be enjoying her time with the Sky. She’s been vocal about her tight bond with head coach Teresa Weatherspoon and has also been seen on a couple of off-court ventures with some of Chicago’s veterans, like Kysre Gondrezick.
The Sky may be in a rut, riding a four-game losing streak, but the team is glued together, and Reese is all smiles. They’ll have a chance to break the streak on Thursday against the Dallas Wings.
