Meghan Markle has reportedly extended an olive branch to Kate Middleton, 

as sources claim the Duchess is “desperate” to end the long-running feud – and we want to hear YOUR thoughts.

It has been reported that Meghan reached out to the Princess of Wales in the lead up to Trooping the Colour, 

where Kate attended just months after announcing her cancer diagnosis. According to sources at Closer, 

Meghan would “love nothing more” than to move past the dispute, and “find a way towards healing” the broken relationships.

This comes after Prince Harry detailed a disagreement between Meghan and Kate in his explosive memoir Spare, which was released last year. 

Speaking to Closer, the source said: “Meghan’s desperate to come across as the bigger person 

and end this feud between them – appearing like some sort of royal saviour could only do her image good.

“And, despite all their bad blood, her heart does go out to Kate – she can only imagine how hard this situation must be for her. Meghan has made it clear she’d love nothing more than to move past all the nonsense and find a way towards healing for everyone’s sake. She’s ready to let the anger and bitterness go.”

They continued: “Of course, it’s not really up to her and Harry, all they can do is continue to reach out and offer olive branches.” The source added that repairing the relationship would be a “huge relief” for the Sussexes, who have distanced themselves from the Firm after stepping down from royal duties in 2020.

Tensions within the family escalated after the release of Harry’s tell-all book, which contained a number of damaging revelations about senior members of the Royal Family. This included claims of a disagreement over a text message between Kate and Meghan which left the Duchess “on the floor sobbing” in the lead up to the Sussexes’ wedding day.

According to Spare, the pair had clashed over Princess Charlotte’s flower girl dress. The rift between Harry and William allegedly hit breaking point in 2019, when the Duke claimed his brother physically attacked him during a heated argument about Meghan.

However, sources said last year that Kate has “no desire” to communicate with Harry and Meghan, as they told US Weekly: “There has been too much that has happened and she’s not ready yet.”
