One of the most iconic moments from the animated movie Beauty and the Beast is when the townspeople sing out “Bonjour! Bonjour! Bonjour, bonjour, bonjour!”
In the first musical number and you can watch it come to life right now!
A clip of Emma Watson and the townspeople singing “Belle” in the live-action remake
Has been released ahead of the movie hitting theaters on March 17.
Emma is seen singing Belle’s line, “There goes the baker with his tray like always, the same old bread and rolls to sell.
Ev’ry morning just the same, since the morning that we came, to this poor provincial town.”

Belle then shares a moment with the baker and you might notice that some of the dialogue between the two characters has been changed from the animated film.
In the original film she says the book she just finished is about “a beanstalk and an ogre,” but in the live-action remake she says, “it’s about two lovers in fair Verona,” in reference to Romeo and Juliet.
Another memorable moment from Beauty and the Beast is when Belle stumbles upon the enchanted rose in the West Wing of the Beast’s castle. In the animated film, the rose is shown wilting petal by petal as the Beast’s time runs out. This scene is sure to tug at the heartstrings of viewers as Belle realizes the gravity of the situation.
Additionally, the relationship between Belle and the Beast is a central theme of the movie. Their love story is a tale as old as time, and it’s beautifully depicted in both the animated and live-action versions. The chemistry between Emma Watson and Dan Stevens truly brings the characters to life on the big screen.
As we anticipate the release of the live-action Beauty and the Beast, fans are buzzing with excitement to see how this beloved classic will be reimagined. From the stunning visuals to the enchanting musical numbers, there is no doubt that this adaptation will capture the hearts of audiences around the world.
