They lived here with their two kids and Teigen’s mom, Vilailuck, otherwise known as “Pepper Thai,” during part of the pandemic.

(Teigen at the time said she was “incredibly lucky” to live there with her family, including her mother and to have so much support from staff, including multiple nannies and a house manager.) 

But after Teigen got pregnant again, the power couple listed the home for $24 million in August 2020. It sold a year later for $16.8 million.

The new owner tried to flip it after a few months of ownership for $19.25 million but had no luck.

Following price slashes and broker swaps, it went back on the market last February and finally sold and closed four months later — at a nearly $2 million loss for the seller.

If the home looks familiar, Teigen often posted shots of it on her Instagram account, which has 40.1 million followers.

Built in 1966, the home has gone through major renovations including upgrades by Legend and Teigen’s Hollywood interior designer.

Outside, the property features a sleek saltwater pool and Jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen with a woodburning oven, a grill and a pergola wrapped in grapevines — all on 0.86 acres.
