Katie Price admits it’s sad she no longer speaks to ex-husband Peter Andre as she reflects on their ‘crazy’ jungle romance

Katie Price recently opened up about her estranged relationship with her ex-husband Peter Andre, admitting that it’s sad they no longer speak. Reflecting on their once high-profile relationship,

she spoke candidly about their time together, including their whirlwind romance that captured the public’s attention during their time in the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! jungle.

Price recalled how their connection seemed instant and intense, describing it as a “crazy” experience. However, despite the fond memories, she acknowledged that their relationship ultimately did not withstand the test of time.

The couple’s romance began in 2004, during their time on the reality show, and quickly became one of the most talked-about relationships in the UK.

Price and Andre’s jungle love story enchanted viewers, with many fans believing their bond was genuine.

They soon became a high-profile couple, marrying in 2005 and welcoming two children together. However, their fairy tale seemed to unravel after several years,

leading to their separation in 2009. Since then, the two have largely kept their distance, with little interaction between them, much to the disappointment of their fans.

Reflecting on the breakdown of their relationship, Price admitted that it was sad they no longer had any form of communication. Although she acknowledged the good times they had together, she emphasized that life had moved on, and their paths had diverged. Price revealed that while she once believed their connection would last, the realities of marriage and family life had created differences that they could not overcome. Despite their separation, she expressed gratitude for the time they spent together and the two children they share, but she also pointed out that sometimes relationships just run their course.

In her interview, Price also noted that while their relationship was intense and filled with high highs, it also came with significant lows. She described their time together as “crazy,” emphasizing how the pressures of being in the public eye, combined with their personal struggles, ultimately took a toll on their marriage. Despite the breakdown of their romantic relationship, Price acknowledged that she would always have respect for Andre, especially as the father of her children. Still, she seemed resigned to the fact that they had both moved on and accepted the realities of their current lives.

Though Price and Andre’s relationship may no longer be a part of their present lives, Price’s candid reflection on their past is a reminder of the complexities of love and relationships. While she acknowledged the sadness of their estrangement, she also expressed that life had moved forward for both of them. The couple may have had their time in the spotlight, but their personal growth and changing circumstances have led them to separate paths. As Price continues to focus on her family and career, she remains hopeful for the future, despite the heartache of lost connections.
