Alex Webb, the winner of *MasterChef: The Professionals* in 2020, has opened up about a touching and personal gesture from host Gregg Wallace that he will “never forget.”

“My dad passed away just after the show, so luckily he got to watch the show. But Greg did a lovely message for him, and he sent it to him at Christmas time.”

His father, who was in the hospital at the time, was able to receive the message, and the emotional gesture helped lift their spirits during a difficult holiday season. “So, having Christmas and dad was in hospital, and so things like that, he did a lovely message, and I’ll never forget that,” Alex added.
