The ‘Song One’ star, who has been married to jewelry designer Adam Shulman for two years, tries to be as ”honest and authentic” as possible with him.

Asked what’s the key to having a happy relationship, the 32-year-old actress said: ”There is none.

”Every marriage is unique because every person that is married is unique. It doesn’t even have to be marriage, it could be just a relationship. One thing that works for one couple doesn’t necessarily work for another couple.

”I think the most important thing is to bring your most honest and authentic self with the other person – that’s what we do, and so far it’s working out really well.”

The Oscar winner admits she was more concerned about her co-star Johnny Flynn, 31.

Than Adam before filming a steaming love scene for her latest movie, as her husband is used to her shooting intimate moments.

She told E! News: ”We’ve been together for six years so this is pretty well worn territory in our relationship. I was more aware of the fact that it was Johnny Flynn’s first love scene. I just wanted to make sure that he knew he was totally protected, that it was a safe environment, we had a closed set, and I brought the Jameson so that helped, too. In a love scene [whiskey] is kind of a prerequisite.”
