Alison Hammond has always been a beacon of positivity on *This Morning*, but recently, she shared a more vulnerable side of herself during an appearance on *Loose Women*. 

The 49-year-old television presenter opened up about a terrifying moment she experienced 

while filming her travel show, *Alison Hammond: Florida Unpacked*, alongside her 19-year-old son, Aidan. 

During the discussion, Alison revealed that she almost had a panic attack while canoeing in Florida, fearing she might encounter alligators. 

She described the overwhelming feeling of panic that took hold of her as she imagined the dangerous creatures lurking in the water. 

“There is a moment we are doing canoeing actually, and I started having a panic attack,” Alison admitted. 

“I thought there were alligators, and you know when you get the heebie-jeebies about spiders crawling all over you? I started having a proper panic attack.” 

The situation escalated to the point where Aidan had to step in and comfort his mother. Alison recounted how, in the midst of her fear, Aidan was the one who took charge, trying to calm her down. “He looked like the adult that was like ‘Mum, we are going to go back, calm down,'” she recalled, laughing. “I looked like a five-year-old.” This candid moment gave fans a glimpse into the close, supportive relationship Alison shares with her son, who has often been a rock for her during both personal and professional challenges.

Oh, she’s coming back again now?
