Hathaway and her husband were spotted covering their faces with cardboard signs that advertised charitable organizations on Friday.
Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman copied Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield
and covered their faces with signs promoting charities while going for a walk in NYC last week.
The Oscar winning actress and Shulman were photographed with cardboard signs promoting www.girleffect.org, www.feedamerica.org
and www.worldofchildren.org Friday as they took their dogs for a walk.
The duo even credited Stone and Garfield, the inventors of the paparazzi proof charitable message, and wished photographers a happy Fourth of July in their signs.

Stone and Garfield first covered their faces with a philanthropic message in 2012. Benedict Cumberbatch pulled a similar stunt and urged paparazzi to “go photograph egypt and show the world something important” in August 2013.
