Blue Ivy surprisingly made it to the Grammy nomination list…her talent or riding on Beyonce’s coattails? (video)

It was a night to remember for JAY-Z and his fans, as the rap legend took the stage at the GRAMMYs to perform some of his hits.

But the biggest surprise of the night came when his daughter Blue Ivy joined him on stage, stealing the show with her adorable presence.

The crowd went wild as they saw the father-daughter duo share a sweet moment on stage, while Beyonce watched proudly from the audience.

JAY-Z was nominated for eight awards at the GRAMMYs, including Album of the Year for 4:44, his personal and introspective album that addressed his marriage, his infidelity, and his family.

He performed a medley of songs from the album, such as Family Feud, The Story of O.J., and Smile. He also paid tribute to his friend and collaborator Nipsey Hussle, who was killed in 2023, by wearing a pendant with his face on it.

However, the highlight of his performance was when he brought out his eight-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, who is already following in her parents’ footsteps as a singer and a rapper.

She appeared on stage wearing a matching black suit with her dad, and a sparkling tiara on her head. She held his hand as they walked to the front of the stage, where she greeted the cheering fans with a smile and a wave.

She then hugged her dad and whispered something in his ear, making him laugh. She also showed off some of her dance moves, as JAY-Z rapped along with her.

The audience was amazed by the unexpected appearance of Blue Ivy, who has already made a name for herself in the music industry.

She has featured on several songs by her parents, such as Brown Skin Girl, Blue, and Lift Every Voice and Sing. She has also won several awards, such as a BET Award, an NAACP Image Award, and a Soul Train Music Award.

She is the youngest person to ever appear on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and the youngest person to ever win a GRAMMY, for her contribution to Brown Skin Girl.
