The trailer for “Mufasa: The Lion King,” which dropped on April 29th, introduces Blue Ivy Carter as a new cast member. 

Beyoncé, who first took on the role of Nala in the 2019 live-action “The Lion King,” is reprising her role.

Blue Ivy, a Grammy award-winning 12-year-old, will voice Kiara, the daughter of Beyoncé’s character and Donald Glover’s Simba.
