ORLANDO, FLORIDA – DECEMBER 18: Charlie Woods the son of Tiger Woods of The United States tosses his golf ball whilst waiting

Tiger Woods’ son Charlie is looking to make a name for himself in the golf world, and the 15-year-old has put up some impressive performances over the last few years.

He’s competed with his father multiple times, and has also attempted to qualify for the U.S. Open.

Woods is back on the junior circuit for a tournament this weekend, and he’s paired with another son of a prominent PGA Tour golfer.

Charlie Woods is competing in the Adam Scott Junior Invitational, and he’s playing with Trevor Immelman’s son Jacob.

As the American Junior Golf Association pointed out on social media, Trevor Immelman famously defeated Tiger Woods to win the 2008 Masters.

Jacob Immelman is looking for a similar performance against Charlie Woods at this weekend’s junior event. The Clemson commit is set to begin his college golf journey later this year in November with the Tigers.

The Adam Scott Junior Invitational began on Wednesday in Palm Beach, Florida. Woods finished tied for 27th after his first round, while Immelman was tied for 39th heading into Thursday’s second round.

They’re not the only children of famous golfers to take part in the event, as Matt Kuchar’s son Cameron is also playing. He was two shots away from the leader, Hampton Beebe, after Wednesday’s inaugural round.

Beebe ended his day with an impressive score of 7-under, setting the tone for a competitive few days of golf.

The golfers will continue to compete until the final round on Friday, and the winner of this year’s Adam Scott Junior Invitational will be determined.
