Los Blancos were crowned Spanish champions for the 36th time in history after a 3-0 victory over Cadiz.
Goals from Brahim Diaz, Bellingham and Joselu brought home the three points, before all eyes turned to Barcelona’s match. Xavi Hernandez’s team was defeated 4-2 by Girona, helping Real take the throne early.
The result caps an impressive debut campaign for Bellingham, who scored 18 goals and added four assists.
The midfielder took to his personal Instagram account to post a photo with the caption: “Champion of Spain. Hala Madrid.”
Former Real Madrid and England player Beckham responded in the comments section, saying: “Well done mate”, followed by a white heart emoji.
Now, all attention will be on the upcoming Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich.
Ancelotti’s team drew 2-2 away from home in the first leg thanks to a brace from Vinicius Junior, and they will now look to overcome the Gray Tigers to reach the final.
