David Beckham has settled his lawsuit against Mark Wahlberg’s fitness company, F45 Training.

F45 announced that it reached an agreement with Beckham’s DB Ventures Limited,

with details of the settlement remaining undisclosed.

Despite the dismissal of the lawsuit, DB Ventures Limited will remain an investor in F45 Training.

Beckham’s lawsuit accused F45 of failing to transfer $1 million in stock shares and withholding an additional $5 million in shares.

Beckham, who says he was owed $18.8 million in total, alleged that his partnership significantly boosted F45’s public profile.

The lawsuit also contended that Beckham lost $10 million due to withheld stocks before their value dropped. Representatives for both Beckham and Wahlberg have yet to comment.
