Since appearing in the eight fantasy films, Emma Watson’s net worth has only increased, earning her a huge $85 million.

“By the third or fourth film, the money was starting to get serious,” the star revealed in an interview with British Vogue, explaining that her father had a “money talk” with her 

when she turned 18. “I had no idea. I felt sick, very emotional.”

Emma Watson was asked in a conversation with Interview Magazine what her first splurge was with her film star paychecks. She admitted she wasn’t very frivolous with her early paychecks and used her Harry Potter money to buy a laptop and a car.

The Bling Ring star didn’t even opt for a high-end vehicle, instead choosing a Toyota Prius. “I got my license last year, and I love the Prius, even if my friends say it’s ugly,” Emma explained about her very first car. “They say I drive a brick. And, to be fair, it’s not the prettiest car on the road, but it’s good for the environment.”

Emma would later go on to purchase a 2015 Audi S3 Sportsback, a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet and a Cadillac. By far, the most impressive car Watson is rumored to have purchased is her Rolls-Royce Ghost, which likely set her back $300,000!

The second thing Emma Watson splurged on was a little less practical but still important. Emma took her hard-working father on vacation to Tuscany in Italy. “He works so hard, my dad, so I rang up his secretary and asked when he was free, and I booked us a holiday.” Considering her father was the one who first introduced her to the Harry Potter books, it seems like the vacation was well-deserved.
