The sporting world has seen the emergence of a new hero in the shape of 16-year-old darts sensation Littler over recent weeks.
Littler has burst into the spotlight after becoming the youngest-ever World Darts Championship finalist having set up a meeting with Luke Humphries.
Tottenham star Maddison and Brentford B’s Beckham certainly seem to be fans after being spotted in the crowd at the final to watch the talented teenager in action.
Littler’s rise to fame certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed in the football world. Manchester United sent a special good luck message after seeing him secure a place in the final.
Littler is a known United fan but has also posed for photos this week with Arsenal stars Declan Rice and Aaron Ramsdale.
The teenager is also likely to be a fan of Maddison’s goal celebration, with the Tottenham star adopting a darts pose after scoring for Spurs this season.
The winner of the PDC Darts World Championship final will take home a cool £500,000.
Maddison has had plenty of time to enjoy the darts as he remains sidelined with an ankle injury. He is expected to return to action later this month and Spurs fans will be hoping he gets to use his darts celebration regularly once he returns.
