Jason Aldean revealed that he was lucky to “escape” the house fire at Carrie Underwood’s place. Why was he at Carrie’s house that night?

As we all know, country music has a home in America, and that is Nashville, Tennessee.

Not only does some of the greatest music ever come right from the middle of Tennessee, the artists that make it, like Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean, reside here as well.

I recently sat down with the “Let Your Boys Be Country” singer, to talk all things, and one of those was her friendship with Carrie Underwood.

Not only did both artists come up around the same time, they have a no. 1 song together, “If I Didn’t Love You.”

While commenting on Underwood’s recent housefire at her home just outside of Nashville.

Aldean revealed something that we have not heard before about the Aldeans and the Underwood/Fishers.

When asked if he had reached out to Underwood about her recent house fire, Aldean revealed a fun-fact about the Aldean and Underwood children.

“Mike, I actually have seen Mike since I seen Carrie, our kids play baseball against each other,” Aldean shared. “So I’ve seen Mike a couple times in the last few months.”

We know that Underwood and Aldean are two forces in country music, always battling on the charts, but we did not know that their kids are battling it out on the diamond as well.

Close your eyes and imagine taking your kid to their baseball game on a Saturday morning and hearing some cheering coming from the field next to yours, just to look over and see Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean sitting in lawn chairs rooting on their kids as they swing for the fences?

Only in Nashville, baby.

Evan Paul is the host of Taste of Country Nights, a syndicated radio show heard on more than 130 country radio stations nationwide, every night from 7PM to midnight. He plays the best new country music and interviews today’s top stars, like Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Dan + Shay, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, Lady A, + more!

Jason Aldean exploded onto the country music scene in 2005 with his first hit “Hicktown,” which shot to No. 10 on the country charts. Since then, the megastar has released 11 studio albums and has had 27 songs reach No. 1. Let’s take a look back at a young Jason Aldean, when he was just getting started.
