During the Monday, March 3 episode of TODAY With Jenna & Friends, co-host Savannah Guthrie revealed that she had an interesting dream. 

According to Guthrie, she dreamed that Jenna was expecting her fourth child. Intrigued by this revelation, 

she took the opportunity to ask the question on everyone’s mind: Was Jenna hiding a big announcement?

Before answering, Jenna playfully asked for a drumroll, building anticipation for what could have been exciting news. However, her actual response may not have been what some fans were hoping to hear.

“No, I have nothing to announce,” Jenna admitted with a laugh. “I’m pretty sure I’ve come to terms that three—even though it’s an imperfect number—is the perfect number for our household.”

Jenna, 43, shares three children with her husband Henry Hager: daughters Mila, 11, and Poppy, 9, as well as their youngest, son Hal, 5. While she cherishes motherhood, she made it clear that expanding her family is not in the cards.

Savannah, ever the witty co-host, playfully responded, “Ish!” While Jenna is certainly youthful in many ways, medically speaking, a pregnancy at her age would be classified as a geriatric pregnancy—a term that refers to pregnancies occurring in individuals 35 years or older.
