The 28-year-old actress spoke to Vogue while shooting her new Dior Joy campaign about how she copes with her crazy movie schedule and long shoots.
‘I start complaining. I have a pretty strict complaining regimen that I try to stick to. And I eat,’ the Hunger Games beauty shared.
The Silver Linings Playbook star added that she likes to just workout regularly than avoid certain foods or deprive herself of things she likes.
‘I don’t like when people say, “I only do this or eat this,”‘ she tells Vogue, ‘Because I eat. I’m not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza.
‘But I do work out more than normal because I have a certain way that I want to look, and a way that I want to fit into my clothes,’ she continued.
‘I get photographed when I’m not asking for it, so there’s added pressure to look and feel your best.’
She added, ‘For me, it’s easier to put that extra effort into the gym instead of putting the extra effort into: “Oh no, I can’t eat that.”.
According to Vogue Jennifer works out with trainer Kit Rich, who she worked with during Red Sparrow, doing a combination of cardio and Pilates.
When it comes to makeup the actress rarely goes out fresh-faced.
‘I don’t wear makeup. I always wear sunblock. Low bun. Dior Lip Glow. Sunglasses.’
Meanwhile, the Oscar-winner has enjoyed trips to Italy and France with her gallery director boyfriend Cooke Maroney this summer.
The couple met through Jennifer’s pal Laura Simpson.
