And her fiance Cooke Maroney, 34, stayed busy catching up with a female friend – who resembled Lawrence – in New York City on Thursday.

Cooke and the mystery blonde laughed at something on his phone after leaving a high-end restaurant together and then hugging.
Wearing blue slacks and a white t-shirt, Cooke was spotted giving a friend a warm hug before crossing the street later at night in the big apple.
He put an arm around the beauty, pulling her close, as she stood on her toes to reach him.

The woman wore a knee length white dress with a red pattern across it along with blue sandals.

Her hair was pulled up and she rocked gold earrings while carrying a tote for her outing.

Prior to saying goodbye, Maroney – who’s an art gallery director in the city – pulled out his iPhone to show the girl something on the screen.
The stunner laughed as she zoomed in on whatever he was showing her.
They proceeded to chat for a while Cooke rested an arm on the woman’s back and lit up a cigarette.
As Cooke enjoys his time back home, his future wife has been hard at work on set in Louisiana.
The untitled project will feature Lawrence as she plays the role of a veteran who has returned from Afghanistan having suffered a traumatic brain injury.

Lawrence joins forces with acclaimed theatre director Lila Neugebauer for the project that will see her play the role of a US solider who struggles to recover from her injuries.
Atlanta star Brian Tyree Henry stars opposite Lawrence, though details of his role have not yet been released.
The film is being produced by Oscar winner Scott Rudin and Eli Bush.
During her recent hiatus from her acting career, Lawrence got engaged to Maroney.
And an insider speculated that her wedding will be a ‘family affair’ in her home state of Kentucky, saying: ‘[Jennifer is a] family girl. I would be surprised if the wedding were not a fairly extensive family affair.’

Lawrence and Cooke were introduced by her best friend, Laura Simpson, and have now been together for a year.
Cooke works at New York’s Gladstone Gallery, which represents artists including Carroll Dunham (Lena Dunham’s dad), as well as Richard Prince, Anish Kapoor, and Bjork’s ex, Matthew Barney.
The romance began just months after the Passengers actress split from Mother! director Darren Aronofsky, 50, back in November 2017 after a year-long relationship.
