According to TMZ, Lopez’s new residence sits on an impressive 2.5-acre property, offering luxury, privacy, and ample space. 

The estate boasts a 10,046-square-foot main house, complete with high-end amenities such as a chef’s kitchen, a fully equipped gym, and a private theater.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the property also features a barn, stables, and a riding arena—perfect for an equestrian enthusiast. In addition, a guest house and a sparkling pool add to the estate’s luxurious appeal.

Adding to its rich Hollywood history, the estate was previously owned by legendary musician John Fogerty, the founder of Creedence Clearwater Revival. Before Fogerty, the property was in the hands of another A-list celebrity, Sylvester Stallone. Now, Lopez is the latest star to call this breathtaking estate home.

A Difficult Sale for Lopez and Affleck

While Lopez is settling into her new residence, she and Affleck have yet to finalize the sale of their former marital home. The ex-couple originally purchased the Beverly Hills estate in May 2023 for a whopping $61 million, envisioning it as the perfect residence for their blended family. However, their real estate plans have hit roadblocks since their split.

The estate is also packed with amenities, including a home bar, gym, sports lounge, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles.

Conflicting Visions for Their Marital Home

Reports suggest that Lopez and Affleck were never fully aligned when it came to their former residence. Sources told PEOPLE that Affleck spearheaded the decision to purchase the mansion, viewing its spacious layout as an ideal setting for their blended family. However, Lopez reportedly had different tastes, preferring a more romantic and European-inspired aesthetic, rather than the sprawling, ultra-modern design of Crestview Manor.

Furthermore, the estate’s location proved to be inconvenient for Affleck, who wanted to be closer to his children and ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, in Brentwood. This contributed to the decision to put the home on the market, a process that has dragged on with no confirmed buyer in sight.

After months of speculation regarding the state of their marriage, Lopez officially filed for divorce in August 2024, citing April 26 as their date of separation. Following their split, Affleck relocated to a $20 million bachelor pad in Brentwood in September, positioning himself closer to his children.
