Despite her packed schedule, Josie reassured her This Morning fans that she isn’t leaving the popular ITV daytime show anytime soon. Since joining the program in 2019, she has become a beloved co-host, regularly presenting alongside Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.

She captioned the image: “You couldn’t even make it up,” while playing Cry Cry by Mazzy Star in the background. However, at the time, she did not clarify whether the hospital visit was for herself or someone she was accompanying.

Revealing the Cause of Her Injury

Josie finally addressed the mystery behind her hospital visit during Friday’s episode of This Morning. She revealed that the injury occurred while she was on holiday in Dubai.

“It was the second day of the holiday. I have always wanted to take my little one to Dubai,” she explained. “I was brushing my teeth when the vanity unit came down on my foot.”

Josie also shared a photo of the damaged bathroom cabinet, revealing how it had unexpectedly fallen and injured her foot. While the injury had raised concern among fans, she appeared to be in good spirits as she discussed it on the show.
