TV presenter Josie Gibson has revealed a surprising story from her past

she was once asked to leave Sir Elton John’s exclusive Academy Awards viewing party in Los Angeles. 

The revelation came during a chat on This Morning ahead of this year’s highly anticipated Oscars ceremony, set to take place on Sunday.

Josie shared her embarrassing encounter at Elton John’s famous AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party. 

The conversation was sparked when it was mentioned that Bank of Dave’s Dave Fishwick would be reporting on the Oscars for This Morning next week.

Josie then casually dropped the bombshell:

“Well, when I went [to the Oscars], I was kicked out of Elton John’s party.”

Curious to know more, Alison pressed her for details, and Josie explained what had gone wrong. While she didn’t specify the exact year of the incident, she admitted that it all came down to an issue with her wristband.

“I messed with my wristband, and they couldn’t read it, so I was asked to leave,” she confessed, referring to the security bracelets required to gain access to the star-studded event.

Although the mishap led to an awkward moment for Josie, she took it in stride, laughing about the experience on live television.
