Fans of *Love Island: All Stars* were left cringing after Curtis Pritchard attempted to flirt with Kaz Crossley during the Monday night episode. 

As the ITV2 dating show returned with 12 former islanders seeking love, it was Curtis, 28, 

who made the first move, approaching the beauty influencer, 29, in hopes of sparking a connection.

Curtis wasted no time pulling Kaz aside for a chat, eager to impress her with his best flirtatious lines. 

He called her “red hot” and “fire” and even promised to “give her rhythm” on the dancefloor. 

While Kaz appeared receptive to his advances, the viewers at home were far less impressed with his attempts to charm her. 

In fact, many fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice their discomfort, with one critic calling his flirting “painful.”

The reactions were swift and unfiltered, with many fans openly mocking Curtis’s approach. One fan commented, “I swear Curtis keeps coming onto these reality shows to prove he’s not cringe but fails every time.” Another tweeted, “Curtis is so cringe, why is he back on my screen man?” Others were equally unimpressed, saying things like, “I forgot how painful it is watching Curtis attempt to flirt,” and “Curtis makes me cringe so hard.” It was clear that many fans found Curtis’s attempts to be less than smooth, with his awkward delivery falling flat on the viewers.

Despite the harsh criticism from fans, Curtis pressed on with his attempts to win Kaz over. He pulled her over to the daybeds for their first conversation, complimenting her by saying, “You look gorgeous darling, you look red hot! You look sick.” When Kaz mentioned she had worn pink to match the villa’s décor, Curtis doubled down on the flattery, telling her, “You look absolutely fire, you look great.” While Kaz seemed to appreciate the compliments, viewers were quick to call out Curtis for his over-the-top and, at times, cringeworthy remarks.

Curtis didn’t stop there. He continued the conversation by asking Kaz, “What are you vibing, what are you thinking? Where’s your mind at?” Kaz responded that she was open to “chatting with everyone,” and Curtis then confessed that she made him “nervous.” Despite his nerves, Curtis pushed forward and asked Kaz how she felt about him. Kaz replied that she thought he was “very masculine” and liked his “energy.”

Determined to keep the conversation flowing, Curtis shared that he was thinking about dancing with her, but Kaz jokingly protested that she couldn’t dance and had “no rhythm.” Unfazed by her comment, Curtis enthusiastically declared, “Girl, I will give you rhythm! I’ll find the rhythm in you somewhere… or later on.”

While many viewers found Curtis’s attempt at flirtation to be painfully awkward, Kaz seemed to take it all in stride, showing no signs of being turned off by his boldness. In fact, she appeared to enjoy the attention, and the couple later received positive votes from viewers, who chose them to pair up as a couple for the time being.

While Curtis’s flirting skills may not have won over the majority of fans watching at home, he certainly succeeded in securing a spot with Kaz for now. His confidence and determination paid off, but whether his relationship with Kaz will flourish beyond the early stages remains to be seen.
