Luke Bryan recently celebrated a major milestone at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, but fans criticized him for his “generous support” for the facility

Luke Bryan isn’t just a country star—he’s a philanthropist, too.

The “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” crooner recently celebrated a major accomplishment with the Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tenn..

Where he and his wife Caroline Bryan (née Boyer) helped unveil the new building dedicated in their honor.

Luke, 47, was pictured in the new Instagram shots alongside his wife, 44, and three of their children.

As they smiled for the camera in front of the brand new Boyer-Bryan West Tower, a facility “offering a variety of elevated healthcare services to the community.”

In a series of snaps shared to the medical center’s Instagram page, the American Idol judge was photographed looking dapper.

As he cleaned up in a grey plaid suit jacket and a white button-down. For her part, his wife looked elegant in a striped blue and white gown with a halter neckline and a matching belt around her waist.

The couple—who have been married since 2006—were also accompanied by their two biological sons Thomas “Bo” Boyer Bryan, 16, and Tatum “Tate” Christopher Bryan, 13.

Also in attendance was Luke’s nephew Til Cheshire, 22, whom Luke and Caroline adopted following the passing of both his mom, Luke’s sister Kelly and her husband Ben in 2007 and 2017, respectively.

Luke and Caroline also adopted Til’s two sisters, Jordan and Kris.

Also present for the unveiling ceremony was Caroline’s brother Bo Boyer and his wife Ellen, who lost their firstborn daughter Brett to congenital heart disease.

In the caption on the Instagram post, the Williamson Health Foundation gave a shoutout to both the Boyer and Bryan families for giving back to the community with their “generous support” of the facility throughout the years.

“Williamson Medical Center has played a significant role in our lives,” Luke wrote in a statement included in the post. “Our children were born here, and we’ve been in the emergency room more times than we can count.”

He continued, “To be able to play a part in this transformational project was a no-brainer for us. We love this hospital, its talented and compassionate staff, and everything the William Health System does for our community.”
