The Duchess of Sussex took a secret trip to Toronto last week – and deployed some very clever tactics to stay undetected on the plane.
According to Royal Central, Meghan dressed in skinny black jeans, a black cashmere sweater, black ballet flats and a black baseball cap pulled down over her face.
It sounds as though she had a very pleasant journey, with a source on board revealing: “Meghan was lovely. She had two secret service guys with her, but it was all very low key.
“[She] had one glass of champagne before settling down to watch Book Club.
“She seemed very relaxed and sipped on peppermint tea during the journey.”
Meghan, 37, took an Air Canada flight for her three-day trip to see close friend and stylist Jessica Mulroney, according to ABC News.
Kensington Place reportedly wrote to the airline’s staff beforehand, requesting that nobody take her photo or approach her during the flight.
Omid Scobie – ABC News’ royal contributor – said: “Meghan spent three days holed-up at Jessica Mulroney and her husband Ben’s home in Toronto.
“They spent their days catching up, cooking together and, of course, playing with Jessica’s children, who love their ‘Auntie Meg’.
“There was one evening when Meghan and Jessica secretly headed out into the town to meet some of Meghan’s old good friends.”
Meghan and Jessica became friends while Meghan was filming Suits in Toronto, and have stayed close throughout her relationship with Prince Harry.
Jessica and Ben bagged front row seats at the Royal Wedding in May.
Their daughter Ivy was a bridesmaid and their twin sons Brian and John acted as page boys, holding Meghan’s train as she walked up the steps to the chapel.
In more royal news, Meghan has just given her first major interview since marrying Prince Harry.
