Meghan Markle has a habit of having good news the same day as members of the Royal Family, which her camp claims to be coincidental, but that theory is being refuted.

Meghan announced her new lifestyle blog, American Riviera Orchard, the same day as The Diana Award ceremony.
And, just last week, she released a new product the same day as Trooping the Colour.
When it comes to repeated behaviour — the first time is an accident, the second time is a decision — this appears to be a pattern, it’s been reported.

We spoke to Sara Fruman, Hollywood publicist and founder of Soul Evolution Media,

who said: “When you’re at the level Meghan and Harry are on, everything you do publicly is intentional.”

It’s confusing as to why Meghan would make an announcement the same day there’s something big going on in a family member’s life, which is what we discussed with Ms Fruman.
The PR expert said: “I would imagine that the intention would be to piggyback off the high-profile day; however, if she were my client, I would have advised her to consider the potential downsides to leveraging that publicity.”
She added: “It’ll get her attention, but it’s not the right attention.”

It appears Meghan is going about this in the wrong way, so we asked Ms Fruman for her opinion on what’s the right way.
The business owner explained: “There are plenty of strategies she can use to get publicity, and the most impactful would be to get creative and authentic—neither of which Meghan seems to be doing.”
Harry and Meghan recently hired two new PR executives, who were brought in to provide consult, but there appears to be a flaw with this plan.
Ms Fruman said of their advisors: “It appears that Meghan is either getting poor advice or she’s not listening to the advice she is given. The latter may be more likely.”

Meghan keeps making missteps, but she doesn’t seem to be concerned about backlash, which may be because her following is different than that of the Royal Family, says the PR expert.
“Meghan’s following is primarily people who are just interested to see what she will do at this point.”
That appears to be part of Meghan’s PR strategy, to create anticipation — people are waiting for her to launch her website — but there are industry experts saying she’s putting a lot of pressure on herself to deliver.
