Last April, the Spice Girls reunited at Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party.
The video of the five golden girls of the 90s performing the hit “Stop” together has raised hopes among fans for a grand comeback.
However, in a recent interview, former British football star David Beckham – husband of member Victoria
– denied rumors about the possibility of a reunion of the legendary girl group.
Specifically, David Beckham frankly said: “Unfortunately, that will not happen. Victoria is very happy to see the girls again.
It is an important part of her life. But obviously everyone has their own plans.”

He also emphasized that the members can still collaborate and work together on certain projects or events but will definitely not return to regular activities as a group.
This news will likely disappoint many fans, especially since Mel B has been hinting at a project to celebrate her 30th anniversary recently. Some even believed the group would appear at this year’s Glastonbury music festival, but those hopes were dashed when the official line-up was announced.
The Spice Girls last performed together in 2019, with Mel B, Halliwell, Bunton and Mel C touring the UK and Ireland without Victoria.
