Rihanna and A$AP Rocky showed up at the 2023 Met Gala last night (a million hours after everyone else, naturally)

looking even more incredible than usual. And while we’re very much here for Rocky’s kilt over jeans, Rihanna was simply stunning in a white gown by Valentino—which she pared with a 16-foot cape.

And mostly due to the fact that she wore white, fans are fully convinced that Rocky and Rihanna are married (before you ask: no, she wasn’t wearing a wedding ring).

As one person put it, “I’m going to go out on a limb here and say I think this is a nod to Rihanna and ASAP getting married. She’s late, she’s the last to arrive, and she’s in a wedding dress.”

Definitely fun to theorize, but as one fan notes, the dress could be less of a personal statement and more of an homage to the theme:

“Karl would usually close his Chanel shows with a wedding dress! THIS is ON THEME! The timing of Rihanna on the carpet! The styling! EVERYTHING.”

While RiRi made no mention of marriage rumors on the red carpet, she did chat with Entertainment Tonight about her pregnancy, saying, “It’s so different from the first one.

No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it. I feel good. I feel energetic.” She also gushed about her and Rocky’s baby boy, saying, “I’m in love. I’m obsessed and I don’t even feel guilty about it.”
