Tiger Woods has a headache when his ex-lover is not ready to give up life in a $48 million mansion (video)

Erica Herman is allegedly suing her ex-lover, Tiger Woods, for $30-million (R557-million). She claims he tricked her into moving out of his mansion after they broke up, causing her to suffer emotional damage.

The pair started dating in 2017 but called it quits sometime in 2022. During their courtship, Erica lived in the professional golfer’s $48-million Florida mansion.

According to TMZ, she claims she provided “valuable services” that allowed her to live in the home rent-free.

According to Erica, Woods showed her the door in the sneakiest way possible. She claims in a lawsuit that they had an oral agreement that she could stay there for the next five years.

But Erica – who worked as a general manager at his restaurant before they started dating – says his staff convinced her to pack a suitcase for a “short vacation”.

When she got to the airport she was allegedly told that it was the end of the road for her. She was unable to return to the mansion. The locks were changed.

The drama does not end there. Erica is also taking the 47-year-old to court over a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she signed while they were dating.

According to PEOPLE, she wants the NDA to be nullified. Her lawyers cited the Speak Out Law which allows for an NDA to become void for reasons such as sexual assault and sexual harassment.

Erica has, however, not made any such claims publicly.

According to Forbes, Tiger Woods has an estimated net worth of $1-billion (R18-billion). He officially became a billionaire in 2022. He is one of only three athletes to reach billionaire status.

NBA icons Lebron James and Michael Jordan are also billionaires.

Forbes states that only 10% of Tiger’s earnings come from playing golf. He makes most of his money from endorsement deals with companies such as Rolex and Nike.

Tiger Woods was previously married to Swedish model Elin Nordegren. They have two kids together, Charlie and Sam.

Their marriage ended in 2010 after Tiger was caught cheating with multiple women. Elin reportedly received a $100-million divorce settlement.

Tiger and Elin have moved on from the drama and are said to be co-parenting their children very well.
