Angelina Jolie is a famous Hollywood actress and a humanitarian who has adopted three children from different countries: Maddox from Cambodia, Zahara from Ethiopia, and Pax from Vietnam. 

However, some people have accused her of separating Pax from his biological mother, who allegedly wanted to reunite with him. Is this true, and if so, why did Jolie do such a cruel thing?

According to various sources, Pax was born in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and was abandoned by his biological mother, who was a heroin addict. 

He was taken to an orphanage, where he was named Pham Quang Sang. In 2007, Jolie visited the orphanage and decided to adopt him, renaming him Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt. 

She adopted him as a single parent, because Vietnamese law did not allow unmarried couples to adopt. However, she later added her then-husband Brad Pitt as Pax’s legal father.

In 2010, a woman named Pham Thu Dung claimed to be Pax’s biological mother, and said that she wanted to see him again. 

She said that she had given him up because she was poor and addicted to drugs, but that she had since cleaned up her act and regretted her decision. 

She also said that she did not know that Pax had been adopted by a famous actress, and that she hoped that Jolie would let her meet him.

However, Jolie did not respond to her request, and reportedly ignored her attempts to contact her. Jolie’s representatives also denied that Pham was Pax’s biological mother, and said that they had no proof of her identity or her claims. Jolie’s fans defended her decision, saying that she had given Pax a better life and that Pham was only after money and fame. They also pointed out that Pax had been legally adopted by Jolie, and that she had no obligation to let him see his biological mother.

The truth behind this controversy is hard to verify, as there is no conclusive evidence to support either side. However, it is clear that Jolie loves Pax and considers him as her son, and that Pax is happy and well-adjusted in his family. Whether or not he will ever meet his biological mother, or if he even wants to, is up to him and Jolie to decide.
