In March 2007, Angelina and Brad decided to adopt again for the third time. 

This time round, it was a 3-year-old Vietnamese boy named Pax Thien. Pax was born in November 2003 and lived in the Tam Binh orphange in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

His name means ‘Peaceful Sky’ with Pax meaning peace in Latin and Thien being sky in Vietnamese, although his orginal birth name was Pham Quang Sang. 

It’s believed that the name Pax was suggested to Angelina by her mother, just before she passed away.

Fun Facts and Trivia: Pax’s personality, according to his mother, is pretty much the exact opposite of his older brother’s! 

Angelina has described her middle son as being very wild and getting into trouble often. But at the same time, she is quick to point out that underneath that wild, rambunctious exterior is a pussy-cat like heart and that Pax is a good kid. 

Seemingly uncomfortable around the paps, he is often seen carrying a purple stuffed monkey when out and about!
