Blake Lively is currently facing intense emotional distress as she battles a legal dispute with her *This Is Us* costar Justin Baldoni.

This legal battle stems from Lively’s original lawsuit against Baldoni, which she filed in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment and attempting to destroy her reputation. She claims that Baldoni’s behavior on the set of the film *It Ends With Us* created an uncomfortable environment for her and other women, though she has not disclosed the identities of the other women allegedly harassed. Baldoni’s lawyer has yet to respond to these allegations, and in January, Baldoni filed a counterclaim, suing the couple for $400 million.
