Gordon Ramsay has spoken out for the first time regarding speculation that his friendship with Gino D’Acampo has come to an end.

with claims that Ramsay had raised concerns about D’Acampo’s alleged behavior in the past.

D’Acampo, 48, has recently been the subject of allegations from numerous individuals who have worked with him over the last 12 years.

The celebrity chef has strongly denied the accusations, calling them “deeply upsetting.”

Ramsay Sets the Record Straight on His Friendship with D’Acampo

Following the initial reports, insiders suggested that Ramsay had distanced himself from D’Acampo due to concerns over his alleged actions. A source previously claimed that Ramsay had been troubled by certain behaviors he had witnessed and had attempted to address them, but this reportedly led to tension between the two.

“Studio Ramsay has not worked on a series with Gino D’Acampo since 2022,” the statement read. “Whilst we do not disclose or discuss personnel matters publicly, Studio Ramsay is committed, in conjunction with our broadcast partners, to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.”

The company further emphasized that they take all allegations of inappropriate behavior seriously and ensure that investigations are carried out when necessary.

D’Acampo’s Exit from Gordon, Gino and Fred

In 2023, D’Acampo announced that he would not be returning to Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip, citing “scheduling conflicts” as the reason for his departure. At the time, he insisted that his decision had nothing to do with any issues with Ramsay or Sirieix.

“Last week, I decided not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trip. The reason is simple—nothing to do with Gordon and Fred. The friendship is very strong,” he said in a video message to fans.

He explained that the challenges of coordinating schedules had become too complicated, leading him to step away from the series to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

“I’d rather keep the friendship than get into arguments over contracts, so I’ve decided not to do Gordon, Gino and Fred anymore because I want to be friends with the boys for many, many years,” he added.

Despite the speculation, Ramsay’s recent comments suggest that his relationship with D’Acampo may not be as fractured as previously believed.
