During a recent family getaway to Palm Beach, Florida, Guthrie was in for an unexpected treat when she crossed paths with her former Today co-host and longtime friend, Hoda Kotb.
The surprise meeting turned into a special reunion, delighting fans who have missed seeing the duo together on-screen.

His promotion, announced in November 2024, was warmly received, and on January 13, 2025, he officially stepped into his new position.
“I am beyond excited and grateful,” Melvin, 45, said on the morning broadcast when the news was revealed. “This is the latest in a long line of blessings.”
